Shipping & Returns


Androids Direct.com Deliveries

When your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered via our couriers to the shipping address that you specified during the ordering process. A delivery charge of £4.95 inclusive of VAT will be included on all orders to a UK mainland addresses.

We request that UK orders are allowed 12 - 14 days maximum to reach their intended destination. You will usually receive your order much quicker than this.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, remotes areas of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Isle of Man will be subject to an additional charge and delivered within 12 to 15 days from dispatch, depending on service selected.

All UK delivery charges are quoted on a carriage and insurance paid to (CIP destination) basis, exclusive of VAT, and include freight charge to your delivery address, insurance against loss or damage during transit and the cost of packaging. The delivery charge is subject to the current UK rate of VAT and this will be included on your invoice with the total VAT charge for your order.


 

All Overseas Deliveries

When your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered via TNT. The delivery charge is included on all quotations as a separate item and the amount will vary depending on destination, package size and weight. Re request that you please allow up to 21 days for international deliveries.


 

European Union (EU) Deliveries

When your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered via TNT Economy Express which is a 12 to 19 day service depending on your EU location.

If you are ordering on behalf of a business that is VAT registered we will need your company VAT registration number to add to your invoice and exclude the charge for VAT in accordance with the EU VAT harmonisation rules.

If you do not have an EU VAT registration number we will include a charge at the current UK rate of VAT.

All delivery prices are quoted on a carriage and insurance paid to (CIP Destination) basis which includes freight charges to the destination, insurance for loss or damage during transit and packaging costs.


 

Non-EU Overseas Deliveries

When your order is ready for dispatch it will be delivered via TNT Economy Express (3-9 day service) or Express (1-7 day service).

All delivery prices are quoted on a carriage and insurance paid to (CIP Destination) basis which includes freight charges to the destination, insurance for loss or damage during transit and packaging costs.

All delivery costs exclude customs clearance charges, import duties & taxes which are handled separately by TNT or a partner company in the destination country prior to delivery.

Returns  & Exchanges Policy

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full and will reimburse you for the delivery costs you paid except where multiple items have been ordered and not all of them are being returned. However you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the goods to us as soon as possible, intact and in their original packaging, and at your own cost and risk.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Some goods are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.
